Catching Up

To our loyal following: I've been very neglectful in keeping up with the blog lately. I just realized the last post was a whole month ago, SO, bear with me while I re-cap the last 30 days or so... it's a long one.

Grammy and Pops came to visit us the weekend around March 21st and what fun we had! It was perfect timing since the twins had just started walking. We played so hard every day that by night, everyone was exhausted!

March 28th was my birthday. We got to celebrate the actual day with one of my best friends, Katrina, at her surprise birthday party. It was such a special night and almost as good as the 13th birthday party we celebrated together!


April 4th was time to celebrate my belated birthday with dinner and drinks at the beach. Thank you Meema and Papa for giving us a night off to party! We (or should I say 'I') definitely kept it lively...


On Good Friday, it was time for big boy to get his first haircut. I love his curls, but the mullet look is definitely not making a comeback! And yes, we saved some locks for the baby book. Maybe when Eva's 5 we can do the same for her...

Easter this year was such fun (even when battling brochitis with Reid and an ear infection with Eva). We went to mass that morning in our matching aqua outfits (thanks Children's Place!). Eva was all about running all over the yard, but had no idea what to do with the eggs. Reid wasn't feeling so hot, but was a trooper and tried to play along.
