Girls will be Girls & Boys will drink beer

In celebration of a belated 6 month birthday, Eva had her ears pierced on Memorial Day. It was only traumatic for a total of about 3 minutes and then it was done. She looks so cute with her earrings that match Mommy's and will never remember the ordeal!


Reid is all over the place. He's starting to scoot (backwards) but otherwise rolls wherever he needs to be. Eva's not far behind. Today Reid decided to check out the knobs on the entertainment center, and then found his way to the fireplace:


We were at a friend's daughter's 1st birthday party this past weekend and Reid decided to join Daddy in a frosty cold one (sorry, no Budweiser was available).


Say goodbye to the infant car seats. Well, at least for Reid. As you can see, it is fast approaching the weight and height limit on his. So, this may very well be his last shot in the infant seat. We'll keep Eva in hers for awhile simply for logistical purposes unless someone can tell me how we're going to carry two squirming infants in and out of daycare, home, etc.
